Melton domestic architectural cladding & roofing

At Total Comfort Plumbing Services, we love working with clients to revitalise their home, creating a modern masterpiece that reflects the unique personality of the owners. One of our most ambitious projects to date was providing domestic architectural cladding for a Melton home, as part of a larger project.

We worked in close collaboration with the Geelong architects at 3id Studio Architecture and the building team at Resicare Builders to revamp the high-end property, valued above $4 million.

This was a very challenging undertaking for our team, involving intricate domestic architectural cladding and extensive roof plumbing works.

Our cladding specialists installed more than 3 000 panels, using a combination of standing seam and interlocking panels. We chose to work with the renowned COLOURBOND® brand, giving us top-quality cladding and a selection of 22 colours to chose from.

Adding a touch of modern sophistication for this Melton home, we used standing seam cladding in Monument® to create a striking roof, complemented by the softer tones of Surfmist® interlocking panels for the home’s facade and gable ends.

Total Comfort Plumbing Services was involved in each aspect of the project, including the stormwater and sanitary plumbing. We take pride in going the extra mile, dedicating time and thought into completing the finishing touches that make your home stand out.
