Custom standing seam cladding project in Brighton

At Total Comfort Plumbing Services, we love how versatile standing seam cladding can add instant elegance to any facade. We’re excited to share our work on this Brighton home, including an important first for Victoria!

Working closely with the owner-builder, we helped in the cladding design layout to ensure he was able to achieve the unique visual effect he was looking for. Our team relished the challenge of designing a custom standing seam cladding system, where each panel is individually tapered to create a sharp, modern aesthetic.

Working with the renowned VM Zinc brand, the Total Comfort Plumbing Services team was excited to be the first in Victoria to use the new engraved zinc AZENGAR^® finish, adding a unique textural aspect to the home’s cladding.

Our team was dedicated and committed throughout each step of the process, from designing to installing top hats, battens and plywood substrate, as well as individually tapering each standing seam cladding panel – and the results speak for themselves.
